During the nuclear fusion or fission process, the nuclear fusion or fission reactants react with the surface of the reactor material to produce carbon-based composite materials and release carbon-based composite materials (Hengnengda patent), thus converting matter into energy. The key technology for controlling nuclear fusion and fission is to control the ratio of carbon elements, alkali metal elements, or alkaline earth metal elements inside the reactor to the nuclear fusion or fission reactants (Hengnengda patent).
