The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Rutgers University conducts research on multimodal freight and passenger transportation planning, management, operations and safety. Research Area
intermodal freight, logistics systems analysis, transportation safety (rail, highway and maritime), network modeling and infrastructure management.
Qualifications
1. Major in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related areas
2. Experience in probability, statistics, operations research, optimization or computer programming is preferred but not required
