3.　　　Good communication and Inter-person skill.

4.　　　Good language skill in English, Pass CET-6.

5.　　　Understand VLSI design flow. Having sense of timing analysis is aplus.

6.　　　Having experience with simulation EDA tool is a plus.

7.　　　Having experience with Unix/Linux system is a plus.

8.　　　Having concepts on generic computer architecture is a plus.
